My name is Nitesh and i am not a psychiatrist and this is my personal opinion which i am writing  right now.depression is not a mental illness,it is a condition in which our mental strength is reduced.in the condition of depression ,you can hurt yourself and living in our around you.but this does not reduce depression and it is not a solution .depression can have many causes but solution are few about which i am writing . 1_ Yoga   By doing yoga mental condition is cured and if you meditate you will be good.        2_ Speak  speak openly about your things to people close to you.every problem has its solution but it takes as some time to find a solution.keep talking with your welfare and in most cause ,people get depression without any fault .if you did not make a mistake then why did you get the result.however ,even if you have a mistake ,you continue to talk and keep everything open in your mind.               ...
